We which to express our appreciation and to commend your organisation for the way you handled the sales of our property. All the members of your staff involved in the sale conducted themselves professionally from the start to the completion of the sale.

E & C demonstrated that it is an exceptionally proactive property sales and management organisation. Sales prospects were conducted round the premises in a professional way. Emphasis was laid on property features that would make the buyers to appreciate and see reasons in buying the property.

Appointments with buyers are skilfully scheduled and met. Their skills were put to play when there was a delay from the buyer, the incident that nearly caused a serious argument between us and the buyer.

E & C top management waded in and skilfully settled this amicably and everyone was happy when the sale was completed. The advantage of using E & C is that the realtor and the lawyer services are located in the same office, combined services that make coordination very smooth. We highly recommend E & C for your property sales and management, because they are effective and professional in dealing with clients.

I had a positive experience with E & C Estates in letting my Property in Abbey wood. From the outset they were very business-like, in that they were focused completely in getting my house Rented. I have had experiences in the past of estate agents just waiting around for things to happen, whereas E & C Estate are proactive in making things happen.
